Ride Share Board - a service offered to Conference participants who are looking to share transportation to the Conference. Both those looking for rides and those with room in their vehicles and a willingness to offer a ride can post to this board and provide the information that they want to appear on the board (name, contact info, the location/region they are going to/from, and dates travelling).

Room Share Board - a service offered to Conference participants who are looking to share lodging at the Conference. Those looking to share hotel rooms or other lodging can post to this board and provide the information that they want to appear on the board (name, contact info, and dates attending).

Natural History Swap Board - a service offered to Conference participants who are looking to swap or trade specimens, books, or other natural history-related items with other attendees. Looking for someone coming from Vermont who might be willing to collect particular fern specimens for your herbarium? Want to see if anyone might have a spare or no-longer-needed copy of a book you have been looking for? Searching for a good home for those Bog Turtle fossils that have been sitting in the shoebox in your closet for years? Then you will certainly want to post to this board and provide the information that you want to appear on the board (name, contact info, and what you are looking for or have to offer).

There will be a swap room at the Conference where participants can meet to make their exchanges; it is up to the interested parties to make arrangements between themselves regarding time to meet and any other details.
