Local Scholarships

As part of our efforts to encourage the surrounding community to take part in the programs offered at Eagle Hill, the following discounts and scholarships are available to local residents who wish to attend a seminar.

Discounts for local residents. Participants who supply proof of residency in Washington or Hancock County, Maine, are eligible for a 25% discount on tuition.

Scholarships for local high school students. Four scholarships are available each year for students from Washington and Hancock counties to attend seminars at Eagle Hill, with priority given to applicants from Sumner Memorial, Narragaugus, and Jonesport-Beals High Schools. The scholarships cover 100% of tuition costs and the commuter meal plan. Interested students need to submit a letter of recommendation from a science and a completed application form.
