Registration Information

Please note that to fully participate in this year's virtual conference, the developers of EventPilot, the conference software platform we are using to deliver the conference content, strongly recommends that you download the most recent version of Google Chrome that your device can accommodate. Other browsers and older versions may not be fully supported.

A registration form needs to be filled out by each conference participant. All conference fees must be paid in advance and all transactions must be in US Dollars.

This years fees:
Current students $50
Early Professionals (those not currently students but who received their terminal degree within the past 5 years) $75
Retirees (those over 65 and longer employed) $130
Regular $155

The basic conference registration fee includes access to all conference activities and opportunities, including workshops (but see below), virtual field trips, plenary talks, oral sessions, poster sessions, networking sessions, and the exhibitor gallery.

All workshops need to be pre-registered for and some may have an additional fee (check the descriptions).

Students, Early Professionals and those residing in special countries* who are presenting an oral or poster presentation on an avian related topic are eligible for financial support, available on a first come basis to qualified applicants, to cover whole or part of the registration costs for NENHC 2021. These funds are provided by the Association of Field Ornithologists and the Wilson Ornithological Society. Please visit the website and complete the short form. *For the purposes of WOS/AFO Registration Award qualification, special countries refers to all countries EXCEPT USA, Canada, Israel, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests need to be made in writing by March 26, 2021: a full refund will be issued, minus a $40 handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot honor refund requests made after that date. To cancel your registration, please contact office@eaglehill.us.

The Northeast Natural History Conference may cancel or postpone any event or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled or postponed, the NENHC will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses.
