Listing of participants. To help facilitate networking, we list the name, affiliation, and email for all presenters and participants at the conference. The form allows you to opt not to have your affiliation and email listed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests need to be received by email by 1 week before the first conference day. There is a $10 handling fee.
