Guidelines for Session Organizers
Session organizers have an opportunity to invite colleagues and students to present research efforts on related topics and highlight new research directions and needs for funding.
In recognition of the effort involved, we offer a retroactive 50% discount off the conference registration fee to session organizers who successfully recruit enough presentations for their proposed session.
Please send us a brief description of your session with your proposed title. Once reviewed by the Program Committee, we will list your session on the conference website. We ask session organizers to actively solicit presenters and to be flexible about possibly accepting presentations they may not have solicited.
Sessions have 4 presentations. All presenters are allotted 20 minutes, including time for questions.
Session organizers must ensure that presenters in their sessions:
- Closely follow the Presenter Guidelines
- Submit their abstract and register for the conference no later than 11 November.
We ask session organizers to send us an update by October 28th, with a list of presenters (names and emails) with titles of their presentations. This information will help ensure that we receive and correctly assign those talks to their intended session.
A draft schedule of sessions and presentations will first be sent to session organizers, and then out to all presenters. Pending corrections, we will then publicly post the final schedule.
