Guidelines for Session Organizers

Organizers of sessions choose their session focus and have the privilege of inviting colleagues and students to join them to bring attention to their shared current research interests.

Send us a brief description of your session with your proposed title. Once reviewed by the Program Committee, we will list your session on the conference website. We ask session organizers to actively solicit presenters and to be flexible about possibly accepting presentations they may not have solicited.

Sessions generaly have 4 presentations. All presenters are allotted 15 minutes, including time for questions.

Session organizers must ensure that presenters in their sessions:

• Closely follow the Presenter Guidelines
• Submit their abstract and register on time for the conference.

A draft schedule of sessions and presentations will first be sent to session organizers, and then out to all presenters. Pending corrections, we will then publicly post the final schedule.
