Exhibitor and Advertising Opportunities

Following a very succesful return to an in-person event in Albany last year added to the fact that there was incredible interest in the conference last time it was in Burlington, NENHC 2024 promises to be a very well-attended event... large enough to make exhibiting worthwhile, but still maneageable enough to build meaningful and personal relationships with participants.

A cordial invitation is extended to publishers, microscope companies, biological supply companies, consulting firms, and other organizations which seek an opportunity to showcase their products and/or services to a diverse group of people who are dedicated to the natural history sciences and who come from educational organizations, federal organizations, state and provincial organizations, nonprofit organizations, and consulting firms.

As a conference that attracts a lot of students and young professionals, it is a great event for garnering recognition among the upcoming generation of scientists and reaching out to those looking to enter the workforce.

Opportunities include exhibition tables and posters, as well as advertising and partnering options. All exhibitors who sign up by March 31 will be listed in the conference booklet.

Exhibition Tables
Each exhibitor will be provided with an 6-foot by 2-foot table and 2 folding chairs. Exhibitors can provide their own cloth back drape, skirting with signage, and/or pinboard if desired. The exhibition area will be centrally located in close proximity to the presentation rooms, poster presentation area, refreshment stations, and conference registration area, thus providing for high traffic flow and ample opportunities for networking with participants. Following set up at the beginning of the conference, exhibitors have the option of leaving their tables unattended for all or part of the time until take down at the end of the conference. Exhibitors are also welcome to sign up for the conference lunches (just add $30 per person per day, and specify days and entree choices when registering as an exhibitor).
